WE CAN
WEAVE YOUR PICTURE
e-mail markelliottemb@aol.com
Our
picture throws, pillows, tote bags and wall hangings are jacquard woven works of
art. Each is individually woven on a loom utilizing over eight miles of richly
colored cotton yarn. A finished throw is 54 inches wide by 70 inches long.
They are a product of weavers, located in the mountains of North Carolina. We
are proud to be associated with these craftsmen who weave the highest quality
jacquard woven afghans, wall hangings and pillows in the world. Our associates
are textile professionals that ply their trade utilizing knowledge handed down
to them from their parents. Here old world craftsmanship has made it to the new
world.
Their weaving roots date back to the time of the American Revolution, when their
relatives supplied General George Washington with uniforms and
coats at valley forge.
