Well, not really but you've done the right thing and chosen a very personal gift. Now "packaging" the gift properly will really show how you care.
The packaging even helps to enhance the perceived value of the gift.
You can often find something quite inexpensive that when embroidered and presented in a creative way results in a unique gift.
The containers or accessories that you use can often cost less than the usual gift bag that you might normally use.
Below we show one or two ideas that we've used. None is expensive and yet the final completed items are very presentable gifts for various occasions. We hope this helps your creativity to get in gear.

In these two examples we bought inexpensive mugs ($0.99 each) at a specialist party store. |

The one below holds a lady's handkerchief where the design of the mug compliments the fine embroidery on the handkerchief. |
Here we used a similar idea but this time used a lady's T-shirt, embroidered with a design in the center of the chest and neatly rolled inside a mug that says it all. |
